Immigration Belgium will organize the single Permit or EU Blue Card application, acting as a proxy holder for your company. We will inform the international employee once the permit has been granted and guide them through the process of obtaining the visa at the local Belgian embassy.
Renewal
We will inform the HR department when the single permit or EU Blue Card needs to be renewed on a (3-)yearly basis or earlier. Once approved, we will organize the renewal and coordinate the collection of the new permit.
Cancellation
When the Belgian employment has ended, we take the necessary steps to inform the authorities.
Application
We assist the single permit holder's family members to apply for a visa D. We will guide them through the process step by step and assist with information regarding the documents they will need to provide to the embassy.

Once the international employee is settled into their home, we need to announce the arrival at the local city hall. Immigration Belgium provides a detailed list of the documents the employee needs to provide and sets up the appointments with the local commune. We accompany the employee to the town hall and follow up until we have a copy of the Belgian residence card.

Once the single permit renewal is approved, we can apply for a new residence card for the international employee and their family.
