Ann was an expatriate for seven years. After graduating as a physical therapist, she and her family lived in the U.S. and in Liechtenstein, and returned to Belgium in 2006. She was a board member at the International School Rheintal in Buchs, Switzerland. She speaks Dutch, English, French and German. In her spare time, Ann is a volunteer for refugee assistance.
